Hidden Gems Archery (HGA), founded by Level 3 Certified Archery Coach Natasha Green, is revolutionizing access to archery for youth and adults in urban areas, especially in New York City. By setting up mobile archery ranges in schools, community centers, and outdoor venues, HGA caters to groups ranging from 10 to 100 people. Their mission is to diversify the sport, focusing on increasing participation among people of color, women, urban residents, and the differently-abled in competitive archery.

HGA's primary focus is on enriching the experiences of students and other members of the school community in NYC's public and private schools. However, their outreach & programmatic offer extends to community block parties and corporate events, making archery accessible to a broader audience. Natasha's personal experience growing up in The Bronx drives her passion for bringing archery to those who might not have easy access to it. Through HGA, Natasha and her team are not only teaching archery but are also opening up new opportunities and experiences, with the goal of ensuring every urban student can participate in this unique Olympic sport.
