Equitable outcomes can only be achieved when leaders live out an equity-based identity, one that projects true and authentic change.
We have created an equity leadership identity progression for leaders which helps guide them along a pathway of self-development and goal setting as well as five critical lenses of developing an equity leadership identity.

Participants will:

• Identify and Address your own cultural bias
• Understand historic & contemporary oppression of BIPOC communities
• Recognize your capacity to foster equitable policies, practices and procedures
• Discuss what it means to engage in courageous equity based decision making
