The Mission of NWC is to provide training and leadership development for women of color

We are equipping more underrepresented women in the workplace to be prepared for leadership roles.

Currently we have a membership of over 2800 women with monthly social media impressions of 19,000

When we can train more women and help them secure certification, it strengthens our position for gender equity

We are seeking funding so we may be able to offer scholarships to women to attend costly training courses. We do not want cost to be a deterrent for women seeking advancement

Our team consist of dedicated change agents. An amazing staff and an engaged advisory board
