Judah's Dressing is our restaurant house dressing used on kale mainly, but taste great as a marinade on all your favorite vegetables.
Project Description
- Kale Cafe has been around for the last 8 years serving our community and providing 100% vegan food. Our kale salad is a staple and has become a way of introducing people to dark leafy greens, that are loaded in iron and calcium. We replaced less nutrient dense lettuce for kale on all of our sandwiches and also offer sides of kale salad instead of French fries with our combo meals. People do not have to be plant based to enjoy our dressing, it really does compliment vegetables (both raw and cooked) along with your favorite proteins as a marinade.
- With your help, we can not only open an online store, but we can bring the unit cost down by buy ordering larger ingredient quantities and more pallets at a time, ultimately decreasing the cost for our customers. Additionally, we can invest in equipment to bottle our dressing on site to avoid using a co-packer, which also is costly.
