Dear Supporter,
Did you know that within a 25-mile radius, families have limited access to affordable, high-quality dining options? At The Sustained Table, we aim to change that.
Our mission is to provide our community with a sustainable, creative, and delicious farm-to-table dining experience while supporting local vendors, farmers, and gardeners. In a region where average household incomes have risen significantly (from $43,664 to $56,396), there is an unmet need for a lux-casual restaurant that caters to both family nights out and upscale date nights—all at a price the average household can afford.
We also aim to create:
- 10-15 local jobs with market-competitive wages,
- Affordable culinary classes to educate and inspire our community, and
- An economic boost by collaborating with local producers and businesses.
We are seeking $300,000 in funding to purchase and renovate a strategically located building on a high-traffic route. This property already has significant upgrades, and with a family contractor, we will reduce build-out costs to maximize your investment.
Our team, consisting of myself (Helena “Shay”), Nate, and Christian, is dedicated to making this vision a reality. Together, with your support, we can create a dining destination that strengthens our community and provides long-term value.
