I lost my home, my businesses, and my job to the Palisades Fire. I had been rebuilding my life, working full-time at a clothing store in Malibu and living in a friend’s home. Then, on January 7th, that home burned to the ground. Soon after, my job cut hours, leaving me without a steady income.

But I’m not here just to ask for help for myself—I’m building something that can help so many others, too.

I’m an award-winning architect, with work showcased at MoMA NYC, the Museum of Modern Art in Rome, and the 2010 Olympic Village. My entire career has been about bringing ideas to life—turning visions into something real. Now, I’m doing that on a whole new level.

I originally built BlueprintX to support the 40% of people projected to lose their jobs to AI. The goal was to give people the expert support, tools, and funding access they need to bring their ideas to life—without needing millions.

But then the fires happened.

I lost everything, and suddenly, I wasn’t just building BlueprintX for the future—I needed it now to start over. And I could see so many others who needed it too—from individuals trying to rebuild, to businesses and organizations needing to pivot fast.

Now I realize, BlueprintX isn’t just for AI job displacement—it’s for every person and community that needs to rebuild and create a future on their own terms. The time is now to get this into the hands of the people, before the people get programmed out.
