OUR COMPANIES MISSION

We want to make a long-lasting difference in this world by protecting our eco-system. We believe we can achieve that through sustainable fashion, and we want to make sustainable fashion the number one choice amongst all women. We plan to achieve this by providing a wide range of styles while using eco-friendly materials and fabrics. We believe you can look good, do good, and feel good.

THE PROBLEM WE WANT TO SOLVE

The fashion industry produces millions of tons of waste every year. Fast fashion realtors also use unethical practices in order to produce their clothes, which very quickly end up in a landfill. We want the consumer to be able to look good, feel good, and do good by creating more styles that fit the modern woman.  By creating sustainable styles using eco-friendly and recycled materials, we reduce the carbon footprint created by the fashion industry. We also want to provide our producers with fair and living wages to create our clothes.

We asked our target market "why don't you switch to sustainable fashion?". They often commented that sustainable brands are expensive and only produce one type of style that didn't fit their wardrobe. We plan to change that.

Our company believes "every girl has two sides...the Angel & the Rose." Meaning, we all are multi-faceted, and our clothes should reflect that. The Angel side of the brand features delicate, feminine, and everyday wear pieces, while the Rose features more sexy, bold, going out pieces.        

WHAT IS THE MARKET SIZE/ OPPORTUNITY?

With more and more consumers eagerly seeking sustainable brands, the sustainable fashion industry has increased drastically from 2016 to 2018, seeing a 508% increase. At the rate it is growing, it's expected to make $3.3. trillion by 2023.

OUR COMPANIES PRODUCTS, AND HOW WE SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Currently, the sustainable market only has two types of styles; Bohemium chic or workplace appropriate. When we did our market research, many of our potential customers said they don't make the switch to sustainable fashion because of the styles and price points. They are eager to make the switch but feel the current styles do not fit their wardrobe.

Our brand focuses on featuring two styles, "the Angel" a feminine, delicate, and ready-to-wear style and "the Rose" a sexy, bold, and statement type style. This allows us to give the customer enough variation that is extremely hard to find when shopping sustainably.

WHY WE NEED FUNDING

We have allocated the funds to be able to release 3 to 4 collections. To be considered a sustainable brand we would need to source high-quality fabrics that are eco-friendly and pay our vendors fair wages to create both the sample sizes and ready-to-sell items. We would need funds to run several marketing strategies in order to bring brand awareness to Angel & Rose, and a sustainable consultant to keep our brand true to its standards.
