The Adventures of 716 Media

716 Media is a small minority/woman owned media company based out of the Western Suburbs of Chicagoland. We provide creative services to business and brands as well as create original film and streaming content.

  We are currently exploring expanding the reach of our company. I have worked with a variety of businesses, brands, and individuals creating visual content and offering other creative services to help them grow. Being that we offer services ranging from, videography to digital media to merchandise, the goal is to one day open a creative space where 716 media can grow. We want to help other businesses succeed creatively while still developing our own content. This space will be open to other professionals who would like to utilize our resources, while being a headquarters for our own original content and film projects. 

  Right now, we are a team of one! Me, Nicole Taylor. My mother and I collaborate on a variety of merchandise projects. She is where my creativity comes from. But for the most part 716 Media is a one woman show. Depending on the project, especially the film, I like to reach out to the local creatives and students alike that are interested in gaining more experience in the industry. I think that it is important to also outsource interns being that that is where I really grew creatively and gained my confidence in my skills as a professional. 

• I also have several friends currently working in the industry for large organizations and streaming services that would like to explore their own entrepreneurial dreams & goals. It's important for us to collaborate because we can help one another to grow and explore different ideals. 

• The dream is to not only market to a larger audience, but to get our creative space up and running! The creative space is going to be AMAZING. One section will have beautiful visually themed spaces that can be rented out for photoshoots, podcasting, meetings, & more. The other will be the studio! This will have a traditionally photography space but mainly focused on the filming area. We will have a variety of themed rooms & suites that filmmakers and creatives can rent to shoot projects of their own. Not everyone can afford to film in a major studio or hire a crew to build sets and backgrounds. We will have a variety of spaces ranging from doctors offices, to home influenced spaces, to more immersive themes like a creepy alley or basement. These themes will update overtime to ensure that we maintain variety. 

  Funding would change the entire trajectory of the 716 Media mission. The goal is to grow creatively while helping others do the same! I appreciate your time and consideration!
