Entrepreneur Success Account Manager


IFundWomen seeks an Entrepreneur Success Account Manager to support our customers as they onboard to IFundWomen's marketplace products. We are looking for an operational doer with a customer-first mindset and a passion for the small business economy.

IFundWomen’s marketplace offers its members multiple access points to capital, including crowdfunding, business grants, loans, and the best funding of all – revenue, through its newest product, IFundWomen ServicesX, a marketplace connecting independent business services experts to customers.

Location: New York preferred or remote in these states only: NY, NJ, MA, GA, TX, FL, CA, VA, CO, IL

  • Maintain and optimize operational sales tasks, such as maintaining and organizing tasks for the sales team, specific to ServicesX account management
  • Own the post-sale customer experience, ensuring all aspects of a customer’s success are managed on time by facilitating and leading cross-functional conversations
  • Supporting and owning technology management for Sales, such as and Google Apps (Google Sheets)
  • Contribute to sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales DirectorOnboarding, ongoing client management, and being a consistent point of support
  • Encourage, support, and guide entrepreneurs through IFundWomen’s offerings to best meet their goalsHost workshops, webinars, and educational sessions to educate entrepreneurs on best practices for launching and growing their businesses
  • Represent IFundWomen at industry events, on panels, leading workshops, and encouraging the use of IFundWomen’s products and services.
  • Assist, as needed, in hosting sales-related calls
  • Must have 2+ years of professional experience in account management with external partners or clients
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly efficient, tech-savvy, and have top time-management skills
  • Must have experience with CRM software
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Experienced note taker, including keeping stakeholders on track with action items and follow-ups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be adaptive and capable of delivering time-sensitive feedback
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues, evaluate options and execute solutions
  • Must be a team player and over-communicator
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced work environment
  • Salary range: $65k - $72k
