About the coach
With over 12 years of experience in finance and fintech—including high-stakes roles at a billion-dollar hedge fund and working alongside Adam Dell in private equity and venture capital—Caroline Selia knows how to turn complex financial strategies into real-world, human-centered impact. In 2020, she made a bold pivot into fintech, diving headfirst into regulation crowdfunding to help small businesses raise capital through community-based investing. Caroline has helped hedge funds raise over $100M, developed FINRA-compliant financial content for years (without a single fine!), and built B2B/B2C narratives that actually convert. She produces videos, podcasts, and webinars that don't just inform—they inspire.
