Culture Charter: 2-3 Day Virtual Foundations Experience

$15,000.00

Description

You can’t measure it (Culture) if you don’t know what it is you're looking to impact and develop. Often there is no alignment in the ethos (value systems) of the organization at the leadership/executive level. This could be because operationalization of culture is not shared within the executive team, and/or mental models around outcomes were never aligned. The Culture Charter Experience is a 3 day facilitated immersion for the senior leadership team within the organization. It’s aimed at providing collective sense-making and alignment around an aspirational culture.

This experience benefits all clients, and specifically those who:

  • don’t have a memorialized “ethos” or “credo”,
  • have identified values but not behaviors,
  • or otherwise outdated core focus or demonstrate a lack of codification.

What's included

The outcome of this 3-day experience is a draft of the organization’s Culture Charter. This includes:

  • A new or refined Purpose Statement (Why Do We Exist?)
  • A new or refined Value System to include core values and the observable behaviors (along with behavioral proof points) that are aligned with them (and misaligned).
  • An Implementation Plan/Playbook on how to socialize and weave these constructs into the organization’s operating model, specifically focusing on the employee lifecycle and leadership .

About the seller

A fresh take on workplace culture consulting. Community built on inclusion, sustainable change, & regenerative outcomes.

Gone are the days where having a ping pong table, or hiring a DEI specialist will create the progressive company culture you want. The Best Workplaces of 2030 aren’t just offering perks — they’re changing minds and hearts about what work means, and challenging tired leadership paradigms. We envision a world in which companies exist to better employee experience, not just customer experience because human-centered workplaces create stronger communities and societies. When you adopt the social responsibility of creating employees that go home happy and create impact in their communities, better outcomes are created — at every level. At Call for Culture, our job is to help you hack the intersection of business impact and employee personal interest. Because when you take care of your people as humans first and employees next, they take care of your customers, stakeholders, and outcomes.
