Wonder Women in STEM is a premier virtual conference focused on building a rich community of women from across the globe!

Did you know that almost 40% of women leave STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Technology) professions within 5yrs of starting their careers?
Research shows that this amplifies the gender gap that already exists in STEM. Currently women struggle with finding the right support and network to stay and grow in STEM. Almost half of all women in STEM cite lack of mentors & a third cite lack of a support system/community as hurdles to growing in their STEM careers.
Who needs our conference, who are these wonder women?
Per 2019 US Census Data, there are currently 3.024 Million Women in STEM workforce that can be impacted by this event. Wonder Women in STEM is a inclusive and diverse event for women who have been in their STEM professions , working fulltime for 1-5 yrs. Some of these women maybe looking for more fullfilling growth opportunites and would like to belong to a likeminded rich community.
How your contribution will make an impact for many Women in STEM
By helping us raise $50,000 for Her STEM Consulting LLC you will help us create many growth opportunities for women in STEM through our curated coaching programs, events and other powerful resources in the future.
We will use the funding as demonstrated below:
1. $20,000 - Bringing on a new team member will help us continue to offer free resources that support our mission to uplift women in STEM with our weekly podcast, newsletters and free content for our 80,000+ community.
2. $5,000 - This allows us to ensure Wonder Women in STEM is hosted in a n engaging virtual format with incredible speakers via a seamless platform to ensure in-person like experience for our global community.
3. $25,000 - Her STEM Consulting has a large audience who can't afford coaching and training of this caliber is inaccessible. By creating a new fund called Wonder Women in STEM Scholarship, we will grant a few selected candidates free access to our online programs which teach confidence, time management and leadership skills.

- What if I can't attend live? Every pass comes with a 48hr access to the recordings and the VIP pass comes with lifetime access to the recordings.
- Can I ask my employer to refund this? Yes, if they need a special invoice or letter please email us at [email protected]
- Will I get to network at the event? Yes, we have special networking sessions and the platform we are using to host this year, will facilitate networking throughout the event.
