To Foster holistic transformation of Community members, their families and neighboring society through innovative and practical action for health, equality, economic, social and environmental status.

• Describe the problem you are solving. 

We are solving problem of poverty among our community through support of income generating projects for members like women and youth, our community has 45% women headed families who are widows due to the long war that affected our region from 1996 up to date

• What is the market size/opportunity?

The market size for women products is high for example there is high demand of eggs and chicken in hotels, restaurants, schools and other families. and the prices are friendly to the farmer.

• What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem? 

Global Light Community Initiative  is a community organization which aims at empowering the local community on health, social economic empowerment through support of groups projects like marketing and soliciting funds to boost their projects.

• Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding?

Am seeking funds to help our local women group who are involved in poultry project with currently 120 chicken to purchase a diesel engine feeds mill to process their feeds from their farms to cut costs of long distance to purchase costly feeds, as the raw materials are locally planted, additional it will help other neighboring farmers in the community to have access to cheap feeds.

My team is comprised of women group leaders, religious leaders and support team volunteers.
