Hi,

My name is Dr. Santanna Ward and I founded Ward & Moore Consulting, LLC because I am passionate about education & systemic change.

Our mission is to ensure that all stakeholders have access to high-quality and holistic tools and services designed to achieve superior student and employee outcomes. Through research-based methods and innovative delivery techniques, we aim to unlock the full potential of students, families, schools, and businesses. We believe in caring for the whole person and seek to provide resources for achieving academic, social, emotional, and physical well-being. Our goal is to empower and partner with students, families, school districts, and business organizations to address the various opportunity gaps that exist in 21st century education.

After working in the educational setting for over 15 years and overcoming personal obstacles particularly as a woman of color, I felt compelled to maximize my impact as an unbiased educational/business consultant.  Unfortunately, I know all so well that students are often reduced to test scores and dollar signs.

My team (teachers, interventionist, curriculum writers, strategic plan writers, counselors, and operations manager), whom I consider an extension of my family, deliver services such as professional development, academic and behavioral interventions, curriculum development, technical writing assistance, and customized services.  Our wrap-around approach allows us to create and provide innovative solutions to organizations through our four core values: passion, resilience, diversity, and relationship-building.

We encourage all stakeholders to "Shoot beyond the stars because their is no limit on the things we can achieve" (Dr. Santanna Ward).  

This funding will assist greatly with ensuring that teachers and interventionist are compensated properly to continue to provide the quality services that they deliver to schools and families on a daily basis.  Additionally, these funds will contribute to the purchase of a project management platform through Monday.com as well as devices for teachers and interventionist.
