We're solving a common problem in the event space: lackluster, overpriced catering options that don’t reflect the style or needs of modern hosts. Whether it's a birthday, wedding, or corporate event, people want food that delights guests and matches their vision—without the stress.
The mobile catering market is booming, with the U.S. industry projected to reach $7.89 billion by 2033. In the Dallas-Fort Worth area alone, the opportunity is immense, with thousands of local events annually seeking creative, flexible food solutions.
High Rise Snack Bar meets this demand with a visually stunning mobile cart offering fresh, charcuterie-style snacks, themed décor, and fun add-ons like LED lights and balloon arches. All bookings are customizable and handled with care to create seamless, memorable experiences.
We’re seeking $10,000 to finalize our mobile cart, purchase equipment, obtain permits, build our website, and launch targeted marketing. This funding is critical to getting us rolling—literally.
