Every year, thousands of new parents are sent home after birth with nothing but a follow-up appointment — and the quiet expectation to figure it all out alone. At ABL Postnatal, we’re changing that.
We’re creating a boutique postnatal retreat where new parents can rest, recover, and be truly supported during the fourth trimester. Rooted in wellness, comfort, and community care, this retreat is designed to feel like the village so many families are missing.
We’re raising $150,000 to fund the final pieces of our launch — covering everything from legal licensing and hotel partnership deposits to guest wellness kits, printed postnatal plans, and working capital for our first few months.
With this funding, ABL Postnatal will be fully operational and ready to profit within our first 12 months. More importantly, it will become a place where rest isn’t earned — it’s honored.

1. What will the funds be used for?
We’re raising $150,000 to cover essential startup costs — including legal licensing, hotel partnership deposits, printed wellness materials, and working capital to help us serve our first guests with care. You can see our full transparent budget in the campaign story.
2. When will ABL Postnatal launch?
Our goal is to open the first retreat offering as soon as our funding is secured and contracts are finalized — ideally within 12 months of reaching our goal. We’ll keep supporters updated every step of the way!
3. What is “My Postnatal Plan”?
It’s our signature customizable recovery & support roadmap, thoughtfully designed to guide new parents through the fourth trimester. Supporters at $100+ will receive a digital version, and higher tiers include a printed edition.
4. Is this only for moms?
Not at all. ABL Postnatal is inclusive of all new parents — birthing, non-birthing, adoptive, and beyond. Our services and materials are designed with healing, nurturing, and support in mind for every family.
5. Will there be a physical location?
Eventually, yes! Our initial model uses a boutique hotel partnership. As we grow, we envision opening a dedicated, standalone retreat space. Supporters will be the first to know when that vision becomes reality.
6. How will I receive my reward?
All digital rewards will be delivered by email. Printed items will ship out within 3–4 months after the campaign closes. If you have questions or special notes, we’ll follow up directly.
7. What if you don’t reach your full goal?
Every dollar moves us closer to launch. While our goal is $150,000, we’ll begin fulfilling services in phases based on funds raised — and will share a transparent update plan with backers.
