Thank you SO MUCH for supporting Bloomy's move to Cedar Street. I am overwhelmed by the love this community has sent my way!
I am pushing pushing pushing for a soft opening by mid-November (and this group will be the first to know when I have a firm date!). As you can imagine, between construction costs and lining up the inventory for opening (cheeses and provisions, of course, but also a stunning selection of handmade tablewares to support your enjoyment of those cheeses), it's a heavy lift for the next few weeks.
You have already done so much to support Bloomy, but if you can forward my campaign to two friends who love cheese and let them know you supported it, I would be so grateful!
