The idea of starting a podcast might sound like a dream, but for me, in 2020, it was the last thing I wanted to do.
After spending weeks with ideal members, interviewing community builders, and deciding to shift to consulting, I've learned that a podcast is a unique way to share conversations I have with others.
Flash forward to now; I'm thrilled to share the NEW Season of the Community Strategy Podcast; I love being a podcaster.
The difference is that I've been able to plan ahead and have alignment with my business strategy, which I didn't have the first go around.
Having a good strategy for any project is key to finding calm.
