Project Description
At TradeStay we provide safety and reliability as our main objective. Our guests have a safe place to call home while working on the road. We connect the local community together with the people constructing the large projects within these growing communities. Our goal is to eradicate suicide and substance abuse within the construction industry especially through traveling industrial trades so there is no more feeling of alone, with no where to go. Wherever the job takes you TradeStay is there to offer connection to the community, safe housing and full supportive services.
We are looking for a boost in our working capital to continue to fund our efforts and pay for our dedicated staff while we grow and expand into new markets and new project sites to continue to serve the people dedicated to building our communities. Our money goes to extending our services, providing food and beverage options and providing holiday cheer to those who are working through the next couple months away from their families. We are operating in three cities right now, with a team of 10 who facilitate services, cleanliness, hospitality, hosting events, community connection and growing to new cities in need.
Allison the founder of TradeStay has been in the construction industry for 10 years and now has a dedicated team to help her improve the entire industry, espcially the women in the trades. All of us at TradeStay thank you and are grateful for your generous support to our cause and our mission and would love to have you follow our success stories.

- How do I get involved with TradeStay?
- By your contribution you are already involved in our mission and our cause. We also would love to connect to you to see how we can help grow community together. Working together for the greater good is how we accomplish our mission.
- What cities do you operate in?
- TradeStay is currently operating in Phoenix, AZ, Chandler, AZ, and Boise, ID.
- What cities are you expanding to?
- We are planning to expand into all 50 states by 2026. We are currently researching markets for our next expansion with Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana and Oregon on our list.
- How many people have you helped?
- Since our start we have helped over 150 guests who have all traveled in from out of state, and we have repeat and extended guests who have stayed with us over a year now on multiple projects moving through the TradeStay system of support.
- How many people are you looking to help?
- Roughly 6000 people commit suicide everyyear in the construction industry, we want to reach those men and women and interact and help each on of them. Our desire is to reach all crews on different levels so they have the support they need.
- How are you helping cities?
- We work closely with the cities we operate in, to improve already build environments and utilize existing structures to reduce the housing crisis when thousands of workers head to a site to work on large projects. We also buy up older structures and while we operate in those cities during the construction of the large projects we improve the building conditions, make remedies and renovations to neighborhoods, improve food and beverage offerings and leave the cities better that when we found them. Every city TradeStay operates in, is a growing city and we intend to improve the city to be enjoyed for years to come.
