For those of you who don't know me, let me give you the skinny on who I am and how I’d like for you to collaborate and create with me!
I’m a country artist in Nashville, Tennessee and I’m so honored to be sharing my Show Country style here in Music City!
I have been performing in professional theatre and television productions since the wise old age of six years old, and my theatrical resume include a musical theatre degree, off-Broadway productions, and international theatre touring companies (to name a few).
I recently transferred my skills over to the country music world and released my first few singles in 2020 (yep, during the pandemic).
I'm so proud of those singles, which were self-funded. But I'm ready to make more music and have a full-length LP brewing in my soul. This leads me to why we are here...
About The Project: Tarantula II The Full-Length LP
Part theatre, desert swing country, and jazz, Tarantula invites you to explore the cavernous spaces a woman is often asked to fill, simply because she exists.
Told through an 8-song arch, Lady Arachnid must weave her way through and around societal expectations by being both vulnerable and empowered in her choices.

The Request:
Here’s the thing, this is a big project and will require big resources, which is why I’m approaching you for help. As mentioned earlier, I footed the bill for my first project but I can't do this one alone.
I'm not setting out to make a bunch of fluffy singles but rather a complete project that you can spin on vinyl! With your help, I want to tell a story that transports the listener to a place, experience, and set of ideas; inviting them to become more engaged in the narrative.
The good news is, today’s musician doesn’t need the backing of a label to be successful! Of course, I’ll still be pursuing that route, but I can get just as far with YOUR help.
The digital era of music has made the direct-to-fan model possible and puts more creative control and revenue in the hands of the artist. This also means that you and I can create something truly special together.
What does it mean to patronize my art?
The explosion of culture we know as the Renaissance was catalyzed by patrons like the Medici family who sponsored history’s most notable masterpieces (works by Michelangelo, Donatello, Brunelleschi, Da Vinci, Galileo, etc.). You can be a modern-day Medici!
It’s a special thing to patronize someone’s art, to be a crucial part of their creation. Without benefactors such as yourself, artists would have fewer (and harder to access) ways to monetize their talents and put them out into the world.
If you decide to help fund Tarantula, you aren’t just allowing me to make whatever frivolous art I want… you are holding me accountable to make something worth your investment.
You are saying that you believe in me as an artist but more importantly, you believe that you and I can make something absolutely magical together.
What I Need & What You Get
It's important to me to be transparent with you about where this money is going. While I do have producers, music video directors, and musicians waiting in the wings some of those details may shift. That said, I've done a good deal of valuation and budgeting to figure out where and how this funding will be allocated.
Here's the breakdown of the budget:
- 11k for production (musicians, pre-production, recording studio, producer fees) <----- This is the minimum I need
- 2k for post-production (mixing, mastering, distribution, pressing)
- 5k for marketing collateral (music video, photoshoot, merchandise, 3-part ad strategy for pre-sale, streaming, and audience building campaigns).

Risks & Challenges
This will be a long-haul project. It may take a year to complete because I really want to give it the full attention it deserves in production and because the producers I will be working with will be taking it to radio stations, industry execs, and more. Good art takes time and I appreciate your patience in receiving your rewards.
