Project Description
Hi! I’m Alison Brazil, a Nashville-based, independent singer, songwriter, and musician, and I am asking YOU to help me birth my debut album! This has been over 3 years in the making and the time is NOW to bring this album into the world! Be sure to check out the campaign video above to hear more of my story!
What does your music sound like?
My music has a story and it has a groove! You’ll hear soulful pop music with emotional vocals, relatable lyrics, catchy melodies, and groove!
I perform my music mostly in English, pero también tengo canciones en español, and some Cajun French pops in as a little lagniappe!
Why now?
We are on a time crunch because I am due with baby #2 on the way. While I am so excited to be a boy mom TIMES 2, I slowly see this album slipping out of reach.. and it breaks my heart. That is why I need you now, my community, my village! It is going to take a big push--- Sorry, not sorry for the pun! --- to finish this project. I can’t do this alone!
As an independent artist, I have never asked for help like this in my whole life! I have my little Jonas to thank for guiding me to admit to myself and to y'all watching, I need support to birth this album.

What are the rewards?
For every milestone we reach together, I will release a live session cover video with some of the incredibly talented musicians who contributed to the album process.

Of course, the album, some swag, to virtual lessons in songwriting to singing in multiple languages, etc., as well as cooking a homemade meal of Gumbo and delivered to you and yours at home! I’ll even perform an intimate concert at your home Nashville songwriter style!

When will I receive my rewards?
Great question! All rewards will be fulfilled by September 2024 at the very latest. Once the campaign ends, it's off to the races to print merch, finish the album, and fulfill all the contributions made as soon as I can!
