Our Mission
At Next Size Up, we make dressing your growing kids less stressful, more affordable, and more sustainable. Our mission is to eliminate clothing waste and financial stress by offering size-based wardrobe solutions that grow with your child—because kids grow fast, and their clothes should keep up.
The Problem
Children outgrow their clothes every few months, and parents are constantly forced to shop, sort, and spend—over and over again. This not only strains families’ budgets and time but contributes to over 11 million tons of textile waste in U.S. landfills each year.
The Opportunity
The children’s apparel market is expected to reach $342 billion globally by 2032, and U.S. families alone spend thousands per child on clothing throughout their childhood. Parents are looking for smarter, more sustainable ways to keep up—and Next Size Up offers exactly that.
Our Solution
Next Size Up offers customized wardrobe bundles based on your child’s current size and upcoming growth. Through subscription boxes, seasonal packages, or one-time orders, we curate outfits that are a perfect fit. Parents can choose between monthly, seasonal, or full-wardrobe options, and even donate back outgrown items for future families in need.

I’m Mae, a mom, recent MBA grad, and founder with a passion for sustainability and social impact. After years of supporting women-owned small businesses, I created Next Size Up to solve a real-life problem I—and so many parents—face.

A: Next Size Up is a sustainable children’s clothing company that offers curated bundles based on your child’s actual size—not just their age. We also make it easy to donate outgrown clothes, keeping them in circulation and out of landfills.
Q: What will my contribution support?
A: Your donation helps us launch our size-smart subscription service, cover eco-friendly shipping and packaging, and build a tool that automatically recommends the right clothing size for each child. You're funding a better way to dress growing kids.
Q: Will I get anything for donating?
A: Yes! We’re offering thank-you gifts like branded stickers, discounts and more! Every tier is listed on the campaign page!
Q: Can I donate clothes instead of money?
A: Absolutely! Visit nextsizeup.org/donate to request a free return label or schedule a porch pickup (RI only). We welcome clean, gently used kids' clothing sizes newborn–5T.
Q: Is my donation tax-deductible?
A: Not at this time — we are a small, mission-driven business, not a nonprofit. But your support directly fuels impact and reuse in your own community.
Q: When will the service be available?
A: We’re aiming to launch our full site and subscription boxes in [insert projected month, e.g. Fall 2025]. Early supporters will get first access and exclusive updates.
