Spread Christmas CHEER with Generation LOVE

We are Generation Love Mentoring Foundation, Inc. We are a community of college educated women, thriving to mentor young women aged 13-18 from all walks of life. Generation Love provides mentoring services for teen girls that have been abused, bullied or lost in the foster care system. We empower our young women by teaching self-love, life skills and academic assistance.

With Christmas nearing, we are reminded that there are 400,000 children in the foster care system each year and of them 20,000 are emancipated youth. These children and teens have been abused, neglected and/or separated from their biological parents. With no family to call their own, they feel Unwanted, Unheard & Unloved.

Generation Love is providing you the opportunity to become our partner and shower these children & teens with LOVE this Christmas season. All it takes is a small donation.

22% of foster care youth are 13 years old and older. Youth in this age group are less likely to be adopted and usually end up calling their group facility HOME. These teens are too old to create an untainted bond with adoptive parents, yet too young to sustain a life for themselves. These teens are left to raise themselves until they age out of the foster care system.

As we all know it will take the ENTIRE community working together to give these children & teens a voice. Join Generation Love this Christmas Season and spread JOY by showering foster care youth with LOVE and Christmas CHEER. Help increase their chances for personal growth & self-development.

Generation Love will use 100% of your donations to give gifts to our Children & Teens living in Group Homes in the Atlanta and Macon Ga area. There are many organizations that raise donations for toy drives each year, but not many cater to our youth living in group homes. We want to ensure that our unadopted children feel loved this Christmas Season.

Your donations will go toward purchasing toys, electronics as well as personal items needed for each child.
