The client target market for SOKY MMS is physician offices, home health agencies, nursing homes and companies with five to 500 employees who want to conduct onsite drug testing and biometric clinics. Owner Meredith Townsend-Howard will be the account manager and three independent contractors will be hired. SOKY MMS’s key suppliers include: Staples, Mckesson, Labcorp, and Quest; all with whom SOKY MMS has a good relationship. The Gross Profit Margin for SOKY MMS is 74.9% and its Net Profit Margin is 20.6%. SOKY MMS finds itself in the fast-paced, evolving industry of Telehealth Services, Home Care. The costs include, but are not limited to, funds for working capital, operating expenses, equipment, and licenses. Meredith will be contributing $2297 in Owner’s Equity.
