Hello There!

At SIGNSUP, we focus on Merging the deaf and hearing communties. Through the basics of American Sign Language we bring awareness to our culture and community!

One of the ways we merge the communities is through our interactive "ASL Experience". This is a 1 day event open to the public. Where both deaf and hearing people come together, where the hearing community learns about our culture, learns some of the basics of American Sign Language on the spot/hands on.  Some, meet deaf people for the first time while others are brushing up or getting reconnected with the language. It's a beautiful thing to see!

With our platform we expose people to a language they can use in their every day lives, teaching them a way to communicate with their hands, a way to speak in silence. We continue to work towards our misson of educating others about our community and having fun while doing it! 

We are currently seeking funding so we can bring the 1st ever ASL experience from city to city.  To give everyone a chance to experience American Sign Language and our deaf culture in a different way. Funding will also be used to help us with markering tools, advertising and more.
