Project Description
Pacesetters' mission is to make sure that all women feel safe, seen, heard, and respected in the workplace. I started this company after years of working in toxic environments where I was personally treated differently and watched other women being treated differently strictly because we were women. The final straw was being told that if I were to get pregnant it would hurt the company's future. My amazing team and I have made sure that it is okay to be unapologetically female, to allow our emotions to weigh in on decisions, and to put mental and physical health first.
In Digital Marketing there are hundreds, if not thousands, of other agencies people can choose to work with which is why we have set out to stand apart from them. We offer the same services but with those services, we offer our time and commitment to learning each and every company that we work with. We do not treat our clients like dollars in the bank, we become invested in their companies right along with them. The majority of the people we speak to simply don't understand why digital marketing is so important but they do know that they need it. We help break down all of the acronyms and anxiety-causing jargon so they understand better and are comfortable with the plans we put in place for them.
My team currently consists of myself as the CEO, lunch maker, a listening ear, copywriter, the list goes on. Jordan, my Creative Director, who has the best eye for everything beautiful and who can turn any of my crazy ideas into life. Kayla, our Director of Marketing, who is wearing almost as many hats as I am. Lastly, there is Sarah, our Head of Sales, who works solely on commission, but loves selling and interacting with people.
We are looking for support to really get things up and running. We have a strong social media presence because it is free and we can spend a lot of time focusing on it but we would love to run ads. We would like to put these ads on social media and Google so we can get more exposure. Aside from that, we are cold calling every single day which has paid off it just isn't a fast turnaround. Besides ads, funding would help me with payroll so I can keep these amazing women on my team so we can continue to build Pacesetters up. We appreciate any and all funding that we may receive as well as any considerations for funding, advice, even virtual high fives.

How many years of experience do you have? As a team, we have over 5 years of experience. All of us were Upper Management to C-suite employees at other marketing agencies prior to starting Pacesetters.
Is the team or the money more important to you? MY TEAM! I just want to break even and have a happy and healthy team. If we make more than that, that would be amazing.
