We believe fitness should be fun, inclusive, and inspiring, and we're creating a movement that brings energy, confidence, and community to everyone, no matter their background or fitness level.

Hi, I’m Tameka Edwards, the founder of Goddess Dance & Fitness! As a certified fitness professional and lifelong dance enthusiast, I've seen firsthand how powerful movement can be in transforming lives — physically, mentally, and emotionally. With years of experience leading classes, building communities, and creating uplifting fitness programs, I’m passionate about making Goddess Dance & Fitness a vibrant, welcoming space where everyone can thrive. This project is a dream built on energy, love, and the belief that fitness should feel like a celebration.
