REAME APP will transform the world of real estate while increasing cash flow for investors and create tenant retention. The work order system that services commercial and multifamily tenants is ancient and is not user friendly. The system has not been updated to match the current capacity of all that technology has to offer. Commercial real estate and multifamily are trillion dollar industries. Real estate and property management work hand in hand. Property managers extend the life of the building. What happens when tenant are occupying the building move because they are upset their work orders are never completed in a timely manner causing them to suffer the inconvenience of dealing with the issue themselves until maintenance arrives? Anger and frustration which leads to tenant vacating at the end of their lease if not sooner. Enter the realm of REAME!

• REAME APP will revolutionize the real estate industry by enhancing the work order systems and increase tenant satisfaction, which in turn increases tenant retention. We offer a sustainable and substantive solution of instant gratification using tracker technology, picture animation gifs for easy description of problem and we survey the tenant immediately after they receive service. After funding my idea with my personal savings, and exploring other crowdfunding avenues, I chose to join IFW. I am thankful for the support given to Black Women entrepreneurs. I will use monies raised to pay the front-end and back-end builders, to market the product and to beta test the product. Once we have about six months of customer feedback we will begin marketing the product to software companies. I am working with Varfaj Partners and they are currently building out the product.
