Courtney attended the University of North Carolina, where she was a standout player, contributing to two NCAA championships. After retiring from soccer, she transitioned into the beauty industry, co-founding Hustle Beauty to create high-performance beauty products designed for athletes. Her vision is to blend durability with glamour, making products that cater to active lifestyles.

Leslie Osborne Lewis is a retired professional soccer player who played as a midfielder for teams including the Boston Breakers and FC Gold Pride. She was also a member of the U.S. Women’s National Team. Leslie co-founded Hustle Beauty to leverage her sports experience and address the gap in the market for beauty products that cater to active women. She is dedicated to developing products that are both effective and ethically made, aligning with modern consumer values.

Taryn Hemmings Colborne is a retired professional soccer player and a co-founder of Hustle Beauty. She played as a defender for teams such as the Boston Breakers and the Chicago Red Stars in the NWSL. Taryn's background in professional sports has provided her with valuable insights into the needs of active women, which she has applied to her role at Hustle Beauty. Her focus is on creating beauty products that perform under the demands of athletic activities while promoting inclusivity and diversity.

Lindsay Tarpley Snow is a former professional soccer player and a two-time Olympic gold medalist with the U.S. Women’s National Team. She played as a forward for various clubs in the Women’s Professional Soccer league. After retiring, Lindsay co-founded Hustle Beauty to create beauty products that meet the unique needs of athletes. Her aim is to ensure that these products are long-lasting and comfortable, providing a solution for women who lead active lifestyles.
