Quality Meals for Students

FeedWells is a food service management company that services schools and community centers. We provide breakfast, lunch, supper  and afternoon snacks to thousands of students daily at community centers, elementary, middle and high schools. We also provide meals to community organizations and the City of Memphis to assist with feeding children diagnosed with Covid-19 during their quarantine stay at hospitals. The problem that we are solving is the urgent need for quality meals provided to students. Most school districts are experiencing staffing issues and supply chain issues which results in the lack of food quality. The majority of schools report that only 15-20% of students are eating. This means that 80-85% of students are starving and the only meal that most students receive is the food at their schools. This is why FeedWells was created. We hire chefs to prepare gourmet meals to students no matter what school zone they are in. This way every student has access to high quality meals. We have solved the issue of food waste at all of our schools. They have reported that their students were eating at about a 30% rate and it has now increased to 98-100% daily with our meal service. This is because we allow students to select their meals through surveys and our team goes in and customizes their selections and make the recipes USDA approved and student-friendly. We are uniquely qualified because our team is certified in the culinary industry and provided over 5 million meals to the entire city of Memphis last year during the Covid-19 outbreak in partnership with the YMCA. We are extremely grateful for the partnerships that we have formed with the Mayor Strickland and the City of Memphis, FedEx, YMCA, Shelby County Schools and Southwest Community College. Our goal at FeedWells is to change the nutrition services of school dining across the globe!
