This experience comes from her studies in Mathematics in Tirana University, her Executive MBA in Tirana University and her 17 years of work in the Albanian Banking System in 3 banks, ProCredit, Credins and Fibank, were the main working positions she has had are: Regional manager of lending, Branch Manager, Senior Relationship Manager of Small, Medium and Corporate Businesses.

She's going to be the Main Coach of this Company, in the future when the activity will increase, other assistant personnel will be hired.

  • Brief company profile 

“DD Business Solution” is a company that offers Coaching, Training and Mentoring, also Consultancy Services and Operations to businesses operating in Albania and abroad. Its Headquarters are located in Tirana, Albania, in the most strategic connective point between Tirana and all other Albanian cities. This company is legally registered in Albanian state institutions in February 2020, but its project has started since year 2016. The company was registered on February 2020, days before the World Pandemic Situation started, and operating in training and consultancy services was the primary sector to be affected by it. For this reason was not possible to operate. Its main shareholder continued her Banking career, and in Year 2021, when she expected her second child, she decided to restart the activity and to focus only on what she knew best: Training and coaching. So from April 2022 the company has restarted, are prepared the training programs: Sales Training Master class; Digital Marketing Master class; Soft Skills Development; Best Practices Banking Master class; Financial Applied Practices.

  • Regulatory frameworks

The VET system is mainly regulated by Law 15/2017 on Vocational Education and Training in the Republic of Albania.

In addition, the Albanian Parliament adopted the Law on the Albanian Qualifications Framework, which it’s amended in 2018. The law defines the AQF’s objectives, functions and fields, its governing body, its levels and types of qualifications, and its alignment with the European Qualifications Framework.

  • Main provider institution types

VET is offered in both public and private institutions. According to a mapping carried out by the Ministry of Finance and Economy in 2019‒20, there are 890 VET institutions, which are made up of 45 public and 845 non-public organizations.

In the academic year 2018/19, administrative data provided by the ministry indicated that 18,192 students were enrolled in vocational education programs. Despite improvements in recent years, VET participation remains gender biased.

Public vocational training centers offer short and long courses, mainly to unemployed individuals. However, they are also open to employed individuals and young people. 

  • Economical challenges

From year 2017 till 2020 this sector has bloomed, because of the economy blooming in general during this period. After that, it came a big hit from Pandemic situation, which almost stopped Educational Institutions all over the world, not only in Albania, causing huge losses to the existing VET operators, and making it difficult for new entrants in this market. When things started to get better during the middle-end of 2021, economy was hit again by the Ukraine/Russia war, and the times we are living in are bringing huge challenges to face every day. For this reason is very important the financial support of the sector, because it will face incredible downfall during the recession period, inflation and high prices of the basket products will make people more restrictive toward investments in Education and learning, so VET will have to decrease courses prices, till the surviving level.

  • VET Training Needs

Although experts have a lot of experience in the training areas, still there is need for further improvement and an in depth refresh of the knowledge, with the latest updates and news of the specific teaching techniques. 

  • Employability perspectives

The biggest sectors suffering employee circulation are Services and IT ones. The massive migration of the Albanian brain toward Developed Countries, has put in a lot of difficulties companies in Albania to find qualified staff. For this reason, if they want to survive, they will have to rely on collaborations with VET institutions, which can be a great supply force of qualified staff. So although next years will be economically challenging, the employability perspectives in Albania remain still high.

As a woman in business, the main target for the Owner of this company is to approach as many women as possible in the learning and employment world, so the main target is women. Specially unemployed mothers of families in need, but most focused on single mothers. To achieve this target the company is planning to cooperate with other NGOs which operate in Albania, fighting the violence against women.

Another target is the one of Sciences Faculty Students. This target is easily achievable, since the Owner of DD Business Solution has a degree in Maths, has been a Bank Manager near to this Faculty and has had excellent relations in the past with it. For this purpose is planned a workshop in the end of October, when the new academic year starts, in the premises of the Faculty, which is already verbally approved from the Faculty.

In case of completion of the project, the outcome from the training/practicing program will be in at least 100 very well trained and ready to work professionals. The 2 best of them will be employed by DD Business Solution itself, because it is in expansion stage, at has a real need to increase its team.

The other ones will be recommended to the best companies related to Banking and E-commerce, where the need for professional staff is eminent. Another sector interested for qualified staff is the Banking system and some Photovoltaic production companies with whom DD Business Solution has had a collaboration in the past.  This can easily be done, since DD Business Solution Owner is also a Senior SME Banking professional, with a huge network of companies, which are more than ever in need for qualified staff.

Both experts of the training sessions are coming from Business environment, and their network is very large.

Although the incoming year is expected to be very tough from the economical point of view, when you create a super qualified skilled staff, all companies would employ them.

Another tool to boost the employment of All our students will be in our Website, where there will be a special page for Work enquiries, and where will be published all possible candidate profiles. Also the same profiles will be published in the professional Social Media using the HR Network of the company.

  • Funding and Investment Plan 

The company is in process of renting a very big space in the first floor of a multifunctional residential/business building, in front of Casa Italia Trade Center, with a surface of almost 80 square meters. This space will be divided and will be created 2 class  rooms, one office, one free space  (with a small kitchen in it for the most necessary food, fresh water, coffee, tea etc)  and the reception. In every class room there will be at least 10 learning places (desk, computer, headset), one projector screen and an Epson EcoTank printer, employing Heat-Free Technology, which performs up to the standards of a typical laser printer in terms of usage requirements, reliability and features while offering a clear eco-friendly alternative, using less energy and creating less waste in the environment.
