People's homes are increasingly being destroyed by climate disasters, and climate disasters are becoming increasingly more frequent due to global climate change as a result of greenhouse gas emissions. 

CelBlox® ICFs replace wood in the framing of a house to provide people with a safe, energy-efficient, healthy and comfortable home. CelBlox® ICF homes are resistant to tornadoes, hurricanes, fires, and earthquakes.  They don't require the cutting down of trees, they greatly reduce the amount of energy needed to heat or cool a home, they produce lower greenhouse gas emissions, and they have ongoing CO2 absorption.

The global insulated concrete form (ICF) market reached a value of US$ 878.2 million in 2021. Looking forward, the market is projected to reach a value of US$ 1,204.10 million by 2027.

As people have become more knowledgeable of the benefits of ICF construction, the demand is exploding for our product.  It's all very exciting, but to meet that demand requires money to purchase the needed raw materials to produce our CelBlox® ICF products.  Our company is a small business without a lot of financial resources, so staying ahead of the costs to make our goods is always a challenge.

We would use the money raised to buy the raw materials to produce our CelBlox® ICF products.  It has been very difficult to keep up with production costs due to the ongoing price increases for all of our raw materials over the past year.  Costs have pretty much tripled. The raw materials we purchase are nails, polypropylene, thermolene, and polystyrene panels. We would also use the money to purchase job supplies such as stretch wrap, wrapping tape, bags, and pallets.

CelBlox® employs a team of people with expertise in the following areas: manufacturing, Shipping, Quality Control, Marketing and Sales, ICF construction and design, and front office management.
