Precious Pearls Mentoring and Step Team

Precious Pearls Mentoring & Steppers Programs is a community out reach program. Its mission is to provide young girls from middle to high school a positive outlet. Where they can grow and learn by teaching self-discipline, respect, and practical leadership skills, the program helps teen students strengthen their self-confidence, find their voice, and give back to the community. We strive to nurture a respectful, independent young woman.

We meet our community's needs by weekly sessions to discuss various topics, i.e., Identity *Self-esteem *Bullying * Values *Standards *Friendships *Relationships *Education *Skills *Health and Wealth. Throughout their educational and personal lives, we will support, uplift, and encourage each other through fun fellowship in all life's challenges.

We are raising funds to provide our Pearls with personal hygiene products, supplies need for our weekly sessions and scool supplies to distribute throughout the school year when needed. We would like to take them on educational trips to attend museum and college tours. 

Our team consists of a social worker who is our step team coach, two mothers who volunteer their time and service to educate and work with our girls, and our founder Evangelist, Wallisa Lankford.
