Project Description
POP CULTURE. is a soda brand — but it’s also a vibe, a statement, and a soft clapback to everything boring about traditional beverages. Founded by Eryka Wallace, POP CULTURE. is a Black woman-owned, Southern-rooted, culture-forward soda experience that’s about more than just flavor. It’s about joy. It’s about presence. And it’s about pouring purpose into every sip.
We’re starting with small pop-ups in Huntsville, Alabama — bringing bold, bubbly blends like Lavender Luxe and Soft Life Soda to celebrations, wellness events, vendor markets. But this is just the beginning.

Source elevated, inclusive ingredients (including sugar-free and dairy-free options)
Print sustainable packaging and branded materials
Build out jobs and partnerships with other Black-owned vendors
Fund licensing, permits, and expansion into full-service event rentals
