- What is the mission of your company or project? To continue growing the beauty industry in a more positive light
- Describe the problem you are solving. A lot of beauty professionals suffer from overworking and being underpaid, as well as getting burnt out and suffering imposter syndrome.
- What is the market size/opportunity? The opportunity is huge.
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem? I just want to keep expanding and creating more space for hairstylist and beauty professionals to work and more positive environments with benefits work life balance more positive atmospheres, being paid what they deserve.
- Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding? I’m seeking funding because things are extremely expensive and after Covid going on my own was already hard enough but I wanna continue to help people and how beauty professionals on break that stigma in the beauty industry that it’s not worth it because of commission based salons and I’m not saying all commission based salons are like this I’m just going based off of what I’ve heard from fellow hairstylist, as well as what I’ve gone through in commission base salons.
- Who is on your team? So far, it’s just me though I have brought in a nail tech and I have helped her flourish over the last four months
