Gracious Place Senior Care, LLC facility will be a residential care home for seniors that provides a comfortable and safe environment for our residents to live in. Our mission is to provide high-quality care and support to seniors who need assistance with daily living activities, while promoting independence and dignity.

We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of our residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, medication management, and transportation arrangement to appointments. We also provide meal service, housekeeping and laundry service, and recreational activities to keep our residents engaged and active. Our target market is seniors who need assistance with daily living activities, but do not require the level of care provided in a nursing home. We will primarily serve seniors who require low-to-moderate assistance with some level of support and assistance.

Our facility will be located in a convenient and accessible area, with easy access to healthcare providers and community resources. We will have private/semi private rooms, as well as shared common areas for socializing and activities. Our staff will be trained and experienced in providing care to seniors and will be committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents."

Our target market is seniors who are 55 years and older, who need assistance with daily living activities but do not require the level of care provided in a nursing home. These seniors require low-to-moderate assistance with some level of support and assistance.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are currently around 47 million seniors in this age range, and this number is expected to grow to around 72 million by 2030.

As the CEO, I'm seeking funding to purchase inventory, furniture, equipment, and installation of a fire sprinkler system/ fire panel for State compliance to ensure the safety of our residents. 

As a part of my team, there will be certified CNA's to assist residents with 24-hour  around the clock care with their activities of daily living.
