WHO ARE WE: DMX Priority roadside LLC in Philadelphia's first female lead, owned, and operated roadside assistance business. We are contracted with 6 major insurance companies and 3 national motor clubs to provide emergency roadside assistance to stranded motorists.

WHAT WE DO: Our drivers perform jump starts, tire changes, lock outs, and deliver fuel to stranded motorists in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware.

WHERE ARE WE HEADED: DMX Priority roadside LLC in the fastest growing independently owned roadside assistance business in our market area. With 13 drivers currently, we have the opportunity to expand territory across the nation through our active contracts. With an average service ETA of 90 minutes or less, we have proven to be one of the most competitive in our network territory. Our community outreach division, Roadside Ready Program sets us aside from our competition. The Roadside Ready Program teaches minority youth ages 10-17 roadside safety skills. In addition, we also demonstrate a career driven training that teaches youth roadside assistance skills. Lastly, we take a first responder approach by providing complimentary roadside assistance to residents within our home office district of Southeast Delco Township. 

WHAT ARE WE GOING THROUGH: I started going through a divorce in January 2022.  Having to choose between  business and marriage was one of the hardest decisions I've had to make. Ultimately, I did choose by business, and that changed the financial dynamic of my entire world. In addition, by business finances stared to shift as well and they somehow became intertwined. I am now in the stages of rebranding and rebuilding. In March 2022, one of my busiest contracts ran into a payroll issue. That resulted in revenue being withheld for 3 months. During that time, I used my savings to cover drivers' salary. Shortly after, I was in the red every week getting drivers paid. Ultimately, I needed to pull drivers off the road. It has been a spiral, but I am confident with the right support and strategy we will be back to full throttle in no time. 

WHAT WE NEED: We at DMX Priority Roadside LLC pride ourselves in providing fast, reliable service to out customers. We demonstrate the level of comfort and reassurance needed at those times of need.

We are are raising funds to establish the financial stability to be able to secure our current contracts for longevity and keep our drivers on the road. 

We have succeeded in marking our territory as females in a male-dominated industry. We have surpassed the expectations for being successful. We have proven we have the mind and skillset to elevate the roadside assistance industry.
