- $7,500 to cover three months of rent for my home, which I am using as the base of operations for the business. Operating from home helps keep overhead low, allowing me to focus on growth and client care.
- Hiring and training staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

- Enhancing our client-facing app to further improve service transparency and customer experience.

The funding will be used primarily to cover essential operating costs, including rent for my home office, marketing, hiring staff, and enhancing our app. These funds will help stabilize the business during its first few months of growth in Charleston and allow us to focus on delivering premium services to our clients.

5.Why is the rent part of the funding request?
We’ve chosen to operate the business from home to keep overhead costs low while establishing ourselves in a new market. This allows me to fully focus on growing the business, hiring staff, and delivering excellent service without the burden of commercial rent. The $7,500 requested will cover rent for three months, providing the business with stability as we expand.
