Opening our own wicca shop
We are getting ready to open our new shop and we need help to fund our initial inventory and the last parts of our website.

I'm Amanda and I, together with my husband Philip and our close friend, Theo, want to get out from under our jobs working for someone else as part of a soulless corporate grind and open our own shop. A shop dedicated to helping others put positivity and wellness into the universe. A shop dedicated to all things Wicca and magical.
Theo: As a practitioner of the craft myself, there is a struggle to find all the goods in one place. We intend to be that one-stop-shop, supplying as much as we can to have what a practitioner will need for a complete experience.
We have entered several storefronts of metaphysical shops to find a collection of spiritual to witch goods. It seems like most shops selling Wiccan goods had first opened as a metaphysical shop, since some of the items sold in a metaphysical shop can meet witchcraft needs. Here in the Pacific Northwest, I have yet to find a shop that sells all the goods I would need for a complete practice. We plan to fit that need.

& various retail items from various suppliers via our online store @ Https://equinox-apothecary.shop , with a physical shop planned in the future. All told we are opening with 82 different items for sale. With many more to be added as quickly as possible.
The Ask
Since we aren't likely to get the third stimulus until our next year's taxes we are turning to friends, family, and to you the greater community for some help in opening our virtual doors.
Primarily what we need help with is securing funds for our initial inventory. Sourcing items at a good price takes a good amount of cash, and buying a few here and there means excessive costs and unhappy customers who cannot find the items they want.
Secondarily there are several costly items we need for our website to ensure a smooth experience for our customers so that they not only purchase from us but tell others to do so as well! :)
Things like:

- proper functionality via plugins
- & other wizardry that is Phil's department.

- Amanda: Let's see. I'm a music nerd. So much so that I Have a Bachelors in Music and a Masters in Education and spend most of my limited downtime practicing my saxophone or the cello. I used to be a music teacher until budget cuts and terrible administrators soured me on the whole public ed system. I am currently the GM at a hotel which sadly pays more than being a teacher but I deal with even worse children. Hence why I want out :)
I also love video games and try to play D&D when possible. - Philip: Hi! So I'm a big nerd. Oh, wait... you need more.. ok. I work maintaining computers for small businesses for a little company I started a few years ago and spend most of my free time on a computer either building websites, doing research, or playing video games as time permits.
I have actually wanted to step away from the digital world for some time now and have recently found peace in woodcraft and spending time in the peace of nature. So when the idea to open our own Wicca shop came up I jumped at the chance to move away from computers... at least once our store's website is finished :) - Theo: Good day, I’ve been a practitioner of the Craft for many years now. I’m excited to share this experience with my close friends Phil and Amanda. My interest in Witchcraft started when I was young, always drawn to energies around me. I let things grow and came to realize I can do more. When I finally had more control of my life, I build my altar and practiced more openly. I’ve since wholeheartedly embraced a Wiccan lifestyle.
