Project Description
- I want to provide a safe place for women to learn construction, thus eliminating the intimidation, sexual harassment, and belittling from male peers.
- So far, I have trained 12 women, though 100 reached out in just two days of my job posting. I only had a $2,000 training budget, so I couldn’t accept more applicants.
- We will use the funding for employment/paid training and a marketing budget, so we can be relevant on all social media platforms and generate organic leads to keep the jobs coming in.
