At Career Seekers Network, our mission is to empower job seekers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to land meaningful work - faster. We believe career support should be affordable, strategic, and rooted in real-world recruiting experience.
The Problem We’re Solving:
Most job seekers are left on their own to navigate the hiring process. They rely on generic resume templates, outdated job search advice, or AI tools built by people who’ve never recruited or written a resume. Others pay hundreds to self-proclaimed “experts” and still walk away unsure. The result? Missed opportunities, slow job searches, and underemployment.
Market Size / Opportunity:
There are over 160 million workers in the U.S. alone, with millions navigating career transitions, layoffs, and reentry every year. Globally, the career services and job search tools market is growing rapidly, especially as AI transforms the future of work. Career Seekers aims to become the go-to platform for affordable, recruiter-informed support accessible to professionals around the world.
What We’re Building:
Career Seekers is a one-stop resource that combines expert resume writing, interview coaching, and job placement through partnerships with recruitment agencies across the U.S., Canada, Europe, UAE, and Latin America. We’re also developing an AI-powered Resume Builder that goes far beyond templates. Instead of asking vague questions like “What did you do?”, it uses targeted prompts to help users create strong, tailored bullet points and explore roles based on their skills - not just titles. It also includes LinkedIn profile updates and recruiter-informed suggestions, giving users a major edge in their job search.
Why We’re Seeking Funding:
We’re raising funds to complete development of the AI Resume Builder, hire a virtual assistant, produce educational content, and expand marketing to reach more job seekers. Your support helps us accelerate this vision and make high-quality career services available to those who need it most.

Career Seekers is founded and led by Aimee Jones, a recruiter with over a decade of experience helping professionals, from entry-level to executive, land the jobs they deserve. She's supported by a growing network of freelancers and a Forbes Council Advisor, and is preparing to bring on her first hire: a former client who will help lead marketing and operations.

The Campaign FAQs
How the Funds Will Be Utilized (in order):
Operational Stability: A portion of the grant would cover foundational business needs such as platform subscriptions, software tools, legal and accounting services, and hosting infrastructure to support long-term sustainability and client growth.
Hiring a Virtual Assistant: I would bring on a dedicated virtual assistant to support operations, content scheduling, client communications, and backend systems – freeing up more of my time to focus on strategic growth and development.
Content Production: I would produce free, high-quality educational content for YouTube and LinkedIn, as well as build a suite of self-paced courses. Topics would include resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, interview techniques, salary negotiation, career transitions, job market trends, emerging industries, and how government and economic shifts impact employment.
AI Resume Builder Development: A portion of the grant would support continued development of my AI-powered Resume Builder, enhancing its ability to help users tailor resumes to specific roles and preparing for beta testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
Marketing and Outreach: I would invest in targeted marketing efforts, including social media advertising, email campaigns, and partnership outreach to drive brand visibility and attract new users to Career Seekers’ services and tools.
Full-Scale Development of the AI Resume Builder: With expanded funding, I would integrate advanced features such as LinkedIn profile updates via API (Application Programming Interface), skill-based job search functionality (helping users uncover roles they didn’t know they were qualified for), and recruiter dashboards to connect job-ready users directly with our recruitment partners.
Partnership Infrastructure: I would invest in building the internal systems and tools necessary to manage and scale partnerships with recruitment agencies across the globe. This includes partner onboarding workflows, candidate matching tools, and performance tracking dashboards.
