Our mission at C&C Trusted Staffing is to put the care in healthcare. We send qualified healthcare workers such as CNA's, LPN's, RN's in to healthcare facilities that are experiencing staffing shortages which are growing daily and nationwide.  The opportunity is endless in this field and the need grows daily. Covid has caused an even greater nursing shortage and it is expected that more nurses will continue to leave the healthcare field. That's where we come in. We have many qualified healthcare workers that are ready to step in and help fill these gaps. We are seeking funding because we are a start up company and have start up fees. We want to expand to other states, open an office and become established with a great back office that will manage our human resource department, insurances and payroll for our employees. Myself and my business partner are both minority women, we are both nurses who want to make a difference and show other women that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and the hard work behind it.
