At Nuba, we brew natural & healthy herbal infusions using exotic ingredients like Hibiscus Flowers, Tamarind & Carob for amazingly delicious, authentic Egyptian drinks.

The problem we’re solving

It’s almost impossible to find authentic, traditional beverages from cultures around the world that don’t have preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. In the absence of healthy authentic beverages, health-conscious foodies are left with options that are loaded with sugar, preservatives and artificial colours and flavours. Or they go through the hassle of tracking down all the ingredients and making it themselves.

Our Infusions

Our infusions are free of artificial colors, flavours and preservatives.  They are organic, vegan, Non-GMO and gluten-free, and we package in glass bottles. We have full control on the supply chain ensuring the highest quality in every sip. We brew in small batches from raw material and not concentrates, which can be tasted in the richness of our flavours.

Our Mission

Our mission was to share the unique flavours that we grew up drinking & enjoying while promoting high quality heathy drinks, supporting small farmers. The flavours we picked were the ones we missed the most from memories of my Mom making them with typical superfood ingredients from my home country, Egypt

Nuba is bringing traditional and healthy flavours to North America’s healthy Beverage market. Each of our drinks tells a story. For people who have a cultural connection with the ingredients, the flavour takes you back, and for adventurous foodies, it’s an opportunity to try something authentic and unique.

The Team and Social Responsibility

We are a mother and daughter team with over 20 years of experience in food processing. We source the best possible ingredients directly from small farmers in Egypt, where ingredients are hand-harvested and sustainable.  Through the collaboration with Halton Region, we’re supporting newcomers, mainly women in gaining their first Canadian work experience.
