No Trauma Formed Against Me Shall Prosper

Our mission at Well Respected Well Connected is to empower young men and women who have experienced abuse and trauma to rise above their past and unlock their fullest potential. Through personalized one-on-one mentorship, an inclusive online community, and a transformative educational program, we guide individuals in their journey of self-discovery and entrepreneurship. 

Our goal is to equip them with the tools, confidence, and mindset to build the life they envision. With a commitment to a select group of 50 clients each year, we offer a dedicated, year-long partnership to create lasting change. At the end of each year, we celebrate their growth with a meaningful ceremony, marking the beginning of their new journey toward independence and success. 

I will be helping these young adult from being stagnant in life from pain and heartache. I will help them embrace the pain and use the pain as a fuel of motivation. , instead of depression, self-harm, or self meditation. People lose years of their life from not being able to move on from all types of situations.   

 The size market of this idea is very slim to none.  Some states have big brothers big sister, ymca, and some other programs but none is hands on with one on one communication. Some close for holidays and lead the young adults to mentally ponder on their circumstances. With this program they will have a way to schedule daily calls, zooms, email  if needed. I will create a social media platform for them to express any and all feelings with validation. 

My company creates and teaches how to create. I create Amazon Books, Journals, Clothing Merchandise, E-books and so much more. I want to pass all the knowledge to become an entrepreneur but also how to channel the entrepreneurship threw abuse and trauma. 

This business is just getting off the floor. I would use the funding to hire some help, find office spacing, marketing, Mac book, startup assistance for the clients to assist with some funding for a laptop to not only communicate but work on their small businesses and learn new things. I also need transportation to visit clients when having meltdowns and emotional issues. Having a vehicle make me more reliable for my business and my clients. This business requires me to have no excuse for showing up as I will be leading by example through loyalty. 

 As of now I am my own team I have to hire some workers but that will come after I have secured a office space, transportation, and marketing. I will be hiring workers to assist in visits, teachings, support, communication, and trust.

Please allow me to tell you about myself. My name is Sharmaine and I am born and raised in Brooklyn NYC. By the age of 10 I was already molested by a boy and girl. My family was drug addicts and I knew from a very early age that I was not being loved, so at the age of 11 I ran to (BCW) which is now (ACS) and I told them to take me out the home because it was toxic. They called my birth mother and she signed me over to the system.  At that early age I learned street survival and all the wrong ways to survive. At the age of 16 I was already selling drugs and pimping because I had no one to teach me DIFFERENT.  I lived that dangerous life until I was shot in Memphis Tennessee making a drug transaction. The moment I made it home by the GRACE OF GOD, I changed my whole life. But it was not easy with me having no guidance. I had to cut off all people, places and things. I also had to fight my ego because I was not making that fast money anymore. In the fight for my life I knew the people I was around I had to relocate from. So I moved 579 miles away from my hometown to begin my second life. Before I left my hometown I fed 300 homeless people and did a back to school jam for the kids in my neighborhood as my way of saying Goodbye. The moment I relocated I enrolled in college courses for business but I also had to do some shadow work and release the old me! I have overcome so much and just want to teach and help heal others. I am in the process of writing a book about my life only because when people meet me they can not believe I don't look like what I have been threw. I tell everyone it's because I had to go back to the trauma and see where God was standing when I was getting Hurt. I had to forgive the ones who hurt me and now all I do is pray for them. I had to understand what I was going through was simply chapters of my story.

Thank you for understanding the problem we have across the world and I just want to give back what I have taken for so long.
