• If I make a contribution and order now, when will I receive MY FIT PAD 23?
  • When we pre-sell the minimum number of units for manufacturing, we will place the order. Our manufacturing schedule is 12-14 weeks after order, which means we will be preparing to receive for packaging and shipping to you at week 16-18.
• How can I select my color?
  • When your order is placed, we will be contacting you to confirm your shipping information, your color(s), and quantities.
• How will I know when to expect my order?
  • We will be sending periodic updates at least every 2 weeks to share our progress with the campaign and to ask for your help in sharing. The faster we reach our minimum order numbers, the faster you get your order.
• How can I share the campaign so others can participate?

• On what type of flooring can #MyFitPad23 be used?

  • For best results it can use on carpets, hardwoods, concrete, outside  grass/turf! #MyFitBuddy has been manufactured w rubber back feet which protects #MyFitBuddy & your floors. Therefore, no other rugs/padding is necessary!

• Will #MyFitPad23 move around on the floor?

    This is not common at first, but if you find that happens, it will work itself out quickly. It may be moving because you're just slightly off-balance and may be leaning forward or to one side. This normally stops in about a week or two when you get a feel for it. Focusing on one spot in front of you helps, as well as keeping your back straight and head up. 

• I'm having trouble balancing. What can I do?

  • Try holding onto a chair or table when you first step onto the pad.  Balance is one of the fastest things to lose, but also one of the easiest things to regain as you start stabilizing muscles. Standing on the board and rocking your ankles back and forth and side to side will help improve your core, leg strength, and balance, so we suggest keeping at it.

• Is there a list of Suggested Types Of Shoes?

  •  The connection that you have with the floor/ground with minimalist shoes is a huge advantage.   CrossTrainer shoes generally have a “zero drop”  sole which means there is no difference between the heel height and the toe height.  Grippy rubber soles ensure that you’ll stay planted firmly in proper formation & avoid possible injury. 

    Yes, the material and text will withtand a user wearing CrossTraining/CrossFit category of gym shoes which will be beneficial for user to more effectively execute this wide range of exercises...

• How do I maximize my workout?

  • We recommend using hand weights (3–5 lbs.) as you workout.  This will give you an even greater workout.

• Can this be used if I have back or knee problems?

  • We recommend you consult your physician before beginning any exercise regimen.

• What's the weight limit of the pad?

  • We have a 350 lb. weight limit.
