• I started this company many years ago however after alot of "life" took place I pulled back. I've recently experienced four losses this year in my family starting with an aunt who was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer in July of 2019, we lost her February 18th, 2020. She was only 12 years older than me so she was more like a sister than an aunt. Following this I then lost a great aunt to Covid, then I lost my as we call it "sister-cousin* suddenly, who was born the day before me. Then my grandmother. My outlet through my loss was pouring myself back into my candle business but also uplifting others. I wanted to find a way to give positivity back to myself and then also other people as well. I want to continue to grow this business but more importantly I also want to start a foundation to study and research Angiosarcoma, the cancer that took my aunts life. Additionally, my cousin who left us in August, I want to be able to create a candle in her honor and give proceeds to her children she left behind. 

I hope with my business I can help people to stay grounded mentally through the challenging times we are all experiencing. 

My candles are hand poured and are composed of raw vegan materials consisting of coconut and a paraffin blend,  and phthalate free scents as well as essential oils. The Global Paraffin Wax Market is expected to grow from USD 8,447.11 Million in 2019 to USD 10,325.87 Million by the end of 2025 at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 3.40%. Candle sales and the market continues to increase because of the need for healing, relaxation and aromatherapy. Additional funding will allow me not only to buy better equipment for a larger production, it will allow me to buy more products in bulk as well as the capital to begin the foundation in my aunts honor. 

I'm a 41 yr old divorced mother of two and I'm the only person on my team.  My journey has not been easy although I try my best to make sure it looks that way.
