Mingle Juice Bar Kitchen Project

With the COVID-19 pandemic disrupting the restaurant business among many other facets of life, we have had to adapt to unexpected challenges. Staying afloat while doing curbside only service was a challenge in the face of great uncertainty and fear. Working with the original kitchen layout has proven to be less efficient in light of having a primarily takeout business while having to physically distance staff from one another.  When customers are allowed back into the juice bar, we face a dilemma of reinforcing adequate spacing to promote a healthier environment. 

This crowdfunding campaign will help us make capital improvements in increasing our prep area space, increase food storage, expand self-serve ordering kiosks, elongate the takeout counter, and purchase more blenders and juicing equipment.  Expanding our capacity to create will expand our capacity to hire.  Design, materials and building expenses would be covered by this crowdfunding campaign plus the generous, competitive grant we received from iFundWomen. 

Our community of loving and loyal supporters have kept Mingle Juice Bar going strong since 2014.  We are extremely grateful for your patronage and hope to provide an even more enjoyable experience with our smoothies, acai bowls, soups, and other healthy offerings.  Thank you for supporting us during this challenging time.  We will continue to give back to this wonderful community, hopefully for years to come!
