Our plan is simple yet innovative: during the academic year, our tiny homes will provide affordable housing options for local college students, offering a cozy and cost-effective alternative to traditional apartments. Then, during the summer months when students are away, these same homes will be transformed into Airbnb accommodations, capitalizing on the high demand for unique lodging experiences in our area. With Airbnb revenue potential ranging from 11k to 33k per summer season, we anticipate substantial returns.
What sets us apart is our commitment to the tiny home aesthetic, which has proven to attract guests seeking distinctive and memorable stays. Each home will be thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests. Your support will directly contribute to kick starting this project by covering startup costs for the construction of our first tiny home. With an investment, we can build and outfit the home with all the essentials needed for comfortable living.
I am a first-generation Hispanic social work major and currently work as a mentor for foster children, driven by a desire to create a better future for myself and my community.
