Hi! I’m Grace Ojepe, and I’m opening Milk and Honey Bakery + Café to create more than just a space for delicious treats – it’s a place where food nourishes the body, heart, and soul, and where every meal contributes to something bigger.
As a passionate advocate for community, I’ve always been driven to create a space that not only provides great food but also offers support to those in need. We all know how important community is, yet many people in our area face challenges like food insecurity and lack of opportunities. I wanted to create a place that not only fills you up but also gives back to those who need it most.
Milk and Honey Bakery + Café isn’t just a place to grab a bite; it’s a community-centered initiative where every purchase contributes to local causes. Our café will support food drives, job training programs, and wellness initiatives, providing a foundation for lasting community transformation.
The name “Milk and Honey” represents a blend of nourishment and sweetness, and this mission comes straight from my heart. I’ve seen firsthand how food can unite and uplift, and I want to build a space where we do more than just serve food – we create opportunities, foster connections, and spread hope.
Right now, we’re in the process of securing a space and making all the exciting plans come to life. But we can’t do it alone – we need the support of our incredible community. Your contribution will help cover the costs of our buildout, permits, and initial operating expenses.
