A concerning trend has emerged among newly enlisted service members: overpaying for what they believe to be custom-built gaming computers. In reality, these purchases often turn out to be standard personal computers with mid-range video cards, assembled from generic parts. This situation leaves many military personnel with overpriced, under-performing systems that fail to meet their gaming needs.
As a veteran-owned and woman-owned small business, MSM Cyber Solutions LLC aims to address this problem. We propose offering our military customers and their families high-quality desktop computers tailored to their favorite game title's recommended specifications. Our solution involves using premium components to build truly customized gaming rigs that deliver optimal performance without the inflated price tag.
As a proud military family, we understand the unique financial challenges faced by newly enlisted service members. For many, their military career marks the first time they have access to significant disposable income. However, their youth and lack of financial experience can make them vulnerable to predatory business practices.
At MSM Cyber Solutions LLC, our mission is to ensure that service members and their families have access to high-quality gaming systems at fair and reasonable prices. We recognize the importance of responsible spending and aim to provide value without exploitation. To further support our military customers, we plan to partner with Affirm to offer zero percent interest financing at checkout, making purchases more manageable and budget-friendly.

A: All branches of the military and their families.
Q: Do you support first responders?
A: Yes, we support first responders, to include law enforcement, fire (volunteer and full-time), and EMTs.
Q: Do I have to be military or a first responder to receive donation rewards?
A: No. Donation rewards are usable by anyone who donates.
For every donation of $500, MSM Cyber Solutions will provide a remote technical support session. The session will aim to resolve a single issue such as virus removal, new PC setup and configuration, troubleshooting performance issues, etc. If single issue requires multiple remote sessions, it will still be covered by the donation. Remote session is redeemable for up to one (1) year from date of donation.
For every donation of $1500, MSM Cyber Solutions will upgrade your current laptop or desktop. The donation will cover upgrading system memory (RAM) to the maximum supported, adding additional storage and transferring data (if primary drive is replaced), optimizing the Operating System for performance, and shipping to and from Georgia (within the contiguous United States). PC Upgrade is redeemable for up to one (1) year from date of donation.
